We are looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for handling ongoing projects and will work closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsabilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Create and monitor detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, allocation, and flawless execution by coordinating internal and external resources.
- Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget, managing changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, and track project performance using appropriate tools.
- Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, meeting with clients to clarify requirements and take detailed briefs.
- Perform risk management, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and skills.
- Meet budgetary objectives, adjust project constraints as needed, and track performance for short and long-term goals.
- Develop and share project plans with clients and staff, continuously developing leadership skills through training and conferences.
- Perform related duties as assigned, and document needs using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
Requirements
- Great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering.
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
